Precision Built Inc. provides a one year warranty to all of our clients and includes the following:

Replacement of faulty hardware that includes:

• Door Hinges and Mechanisms
• Drawer Guides
• Handles

Replacement of Defective Laminate that includes:

• Self Edge on countertops and backsplashes
• PVC edgebanding on Doors and Drawer Fronts
• Finished Ends on cabinetry

Limitation of Warranty and Liability:

Precision Built Inc. warrants soley to the original buyer that the furnished products are given normal, proper, and intended use for a period of one year from the date of sale to the buyer.

Buyer is responsible for inspection of the product upon completion of installation at the project site. A walk through between the buyer and the principle of Precision Built Inc. at the conclusion of the cabinet installation process and any defects will be repaired at that time.

Precision Built Inc. shall have no obligation to make repairs, replacements, or corrections which, in whole or in part, from (1) normal wear and tear, (2) fault or negligence of buyer, (3) improper or unauthorized use of the products, (4) use of the products in a manner for which they were not designed, (5) modifications of the products by anyone other then Precision Built Inc., (6) any act of nature, act of God, fire, casualty, flood, or war, (7) any other causes external to the products, (8) use of the products in combination with equiptment or materials not supplied by Precision Built Inc.

Buyer shall not bring any suit or action against us for any reason whatsoever more than one year after the related cause of action has accrued.
